This is “Reading Adventures” month at the Museum sponsored by the Arizona Milk Producers and the Arizona Dairy Council. We are pleased to offer projects using a variety of media related to children’s literature. In addition we are celebrating Kristi Yamaguchi’s “Always Dream” Literacy Day and St. Patrick’s Day. All in all, a fun month in the Art Studio!

March 6th through March 12th: Enjoy Eric Carle’s The Very Hungry Caterpillar as you create “Caterpillars.” Read It Looked Like Spilt Milk by Charles Shaw and create imaginary pictures from paint blots. Make a “Chalk Silhouette.”
