One of Southwest Human Development’s literacy experts will teach parents how to explore books on different literacy levels so that they are able to make age appropriate book selections for their children.  Parents will also learn to adapt a book for their child’s developmental level, and understand age appropriate book behavior.  This workshop is designed for children ages birth to five plus a parent/caregiver and includes story time, an art activity, singing, and dancing. Each child will receive a new book to take home. www.swhd.org.  Admission into the Museum is FREE when you pre-register for this program.  Space is limited. Please click here to print your tickets.
