Situated in the heart of downtown, the Children's Museum of Phoenix offers a spectacular space for your next event. Housed in the historic Monroe School building, the Museum features 35,000 square feet of hands-on exhibits that are sure to entertain and delight. Our unique facility accommodates any type of gathering from formal sit-down dinners and cocktail shindigs to themed birthday bashes! We can put you in contact with performers to entertain your mind, caterers to scintillate your tongue, and ideas to amaze and amuse.

Evening Event Sites

  • Exclusive Rental (1st, 2nd and 3rd floors)
    Capacity: 750 Cocktail Reception Style*,  250 Sit Down Style*
    Space Rental Fee: $4,500
  • Atrium and Hallway of Inspiration (1st and 2nd floors)
    Capacity: 600 Cocktail Reception Style*,  250 Sit Down Style*
    Space Rental Fee: $3,500
  • Atrium (1st floor)
    Capacity: 300 Cocktail Reception Style,  100 Sit Down Style
    Space Rental Fee: $2,000

Food/beverages not included. Rates include set up time of up to two hours, event time of four hours, and teardown time of one hour. Events may take place between 5pm and 11pm Tuesday through Sunday nights. Set-up may begin anytime after 4pm.

*Maximum capacity split between multiple floors.
