The Children's Museum of Phoenix is an ideal location for your next party or corporate event. With 35,000 square feet of interactive exhibits the Museum is sure to please everyone on your guest list. And, you get the added bonus of holding your event in an historic landmark!  

Birthday Parties

Make your special one's birthday party extra special this year by celebrating at the Children's Museum of Phoenix. With three options to choose from there is sure to be something that meets your needs and your budget.

Option #1: LET THE FUN BEGIN!
Available Tuesday-Sunday at 10am, 11am, 1pm or 2pm
Cost: $295 members, $345 non-members

Includes:

  • Up to 15 guests. There must be at least 1 adult present for every 5 children.
  • 15 party invitations. Additional invitations may be purchased for $1 each.
  • Up to 1 hour in a private party room with a Party Pal
  • Museum time
  • Special gift for the birthday child

Extras:

  • Food, cake, drinks, and paper goods may be brought into the party room.
  • Extra children may be added for $15 each and extra adults may be added for $9 each, up to 10 additional people. A maximum of 25 people can attend the party and the 1:5 ratio for adults and children must be maintained.
  • Let Them Eat Cupcakes! dessert may be added for $3 per child.

Option #2: TOP OF THE WORLD!
Available Tuesday-Sunday at 10:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, or 2:00pm
Cost: $395 members, $445 non-members


Includes:

  • Up to 15 guests. There must be at least 1 adult present for every 5 children
  • 15 party invitations. Additional invitations may be purchased for $1 each.
  • 90 minutes in a private party room with a Party Pal
  • Museum time
  • Hands-on activity for kids
  • 3 large 1-topping pizzas and 15 juice boxes
  • 15 Let Them Eat Cupcakes! dessert
  • Paper goods (plates and napkins)
  • Special gift for the Birthday Child

Extras:

  • Extra children may be added for $20 each and extra adults may be added for $9 each, up to 10 additional people.
  • A maximum of 25 people can attend the party and the 1:5 ratio for adults and children must be maintained
  • Extra pizza may be added for $15 each
  • Extra cupcakes may be added for $3 each

Option #3: SPECTACULAR! SPECTACULAR!
An After-Hours Private Affair
Available Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday evenings from 5:30pm-7:30pm
Cost: $1,500 members, $1,650 non-members

Includes:

  • Up to 40 guests. There must be at least 1 adult present for every 5 children
  • 40 party invitations. Additional invitations may be purchased for $1 each.
  • Kid-friendly buffet dinner, juice and water
  • Personalized birthday cake
  • Paper goods
  • Special gift for the birthday child
  • The ENTIRE Museum all to yourselves!


Extras:

  • Extra children may be added for $50 and extra adults may be added for $9 each
  • A maximum of 50 people may attend the party and the 1:5 ratio for adults and children must be maintained
  • Adult menu may be added

 

Option #4: FRONT LAWN FIESTA! **
Turn your next party into a Front Lawn Fiesta! Our front Lawn is an exquisite setting for party fun!
Available November 1st - April 4th at 10:00am or 1:00pm
Cost: $495 members, $545 non-members

Includes:

  • Up to 20 guests: There must be at least 1 adult present for every 5 children.
  • Exclusive use of the North West half of the front lwan
  • 20 party invitations. Additional invitations may be purchased for $1 each.
  • Up to 2 hours on the front lawn with 2 "Party Pals"
  • Museum time
  • Outdoor fun activities
  • 3 large 1-topping pizzas and 20 juice boxes
  • 20 Let Them Eat Cupcakes! dessert
  • Paper goods (plates and napkins)
  • Special gift for the birthday child

Extras:

  • Extra children may be added for $22 each and extra adults may be added for $9 each, up to 40 additional.
  • A maximum of 60 people may attend the party and the 1:5 ratio for adults and children must be maintained.
  • Extra pizza may be added for $15 each.
  • Extra cupcakes may be added for $3 each.

* *The Museum reserves the right to cancel the party at any time due to inclement weather. The Museum does not offer refunds (full or partial) nor does it guarantee relocation inside the Museum due to inclement weather.

Situated in the heart of downtown, the Children's Museum of Phoenix offers a spectacular space for your next event. Housed in the historic Monroe School building, the Museum features 35,000 square feet of hands-on exhibits that are sure to entertain and delight. Our unique facility accommodates any type of gathering from formal sit-down dinners and cocktail shindigs to themed birthday bashes! We can put you in contact with performers to entertain your mind, caterers to scintillate your tongue, and ideas to amaze and amuse.

All rates include a rental time of four hours -- two hours of set-up and one hour of breakdown. Events may take place between 5pm and 11pm Tuesday through Sunday nights. Set-up may begin anytime after 4pm.
