Using tools of measurement and simple math\, kids will practice estimation\, observation\, and data collection as they measure up to real-life dino dimensions. \nJurassic Sandpit!\nMarch 1st-31st | 9:00am-4:00pm\nStep into the Jurassic Sandpit and dig into dino-sized adventures all month long! Uncover hidden “fossils” using brushes\, scoops\, and magnifying glasses. \nDinosaur Hats\nMarch 6th-8th | 9:00am-4:00pm\nLet your imagination roar to life as you design and decorate your dinosaur hat in the Art Studio. \nFlying Dinosaurs\nMarch 7th & 8th | 10:00am-12:00pm\nDesign a flying paper dinosaur\, then send your creation gliding through the air as you imagine how prehistoric creatures might have moved! \nDino Days with Dino Crew Entertainment\nMarch 8th\, 18th & 27th | 10:00am-11:00am\nMarch 13th | 1:00pm-2:00pm\nCome hang out\, snap roar-some photos\, and say hello to our prehistoric pals. \nTalbot’s Dino-Designarama!\nMarch 14th & 15th | 10:00am-11:30am\nGet ready to design your very own dinosaur! In this playful Dino Month program\, kiddos will dream up their own prehistoric creatures and give them a one-of-a-kind name using our fun Dino Name Generator. We’ll also celebrate Women’s History Month by spotlighting Mignon Talbot\, the first woman paleontologist to officially name a dinosaur—inviting young makers to explore\, imagine\, and create just like she did! \nDinosaur Fossil Rubbings\nMarch 18th-22nd | 9:00am-4:00pm\nStep into the Art Studio and make your own dinosaur fossil! Using rubbing plates and crayons\, young artists can channel Mary Anning\, the trailblazing fossil hunter whose remarkable Jurassic discoveries continue to inspire scientists and explorers today. \nWhat’s a Dinosaur?” with Paleontologist\, Dr. Brian Curtice!\nMarch 21st | 11:00am-12:00pm\nJoin Dr. Brian Curtice from Fossil Crates as he presents to us\, “What’s a Dinosaur?”!
