Breathe stretch and create your way through mindful art and yoga classes provided by PLAY (Play and Learn through Art and Yoga). Through these guided mindfulness classes you and your family will gain mindfulness tools that you can take with you anywhere! Each week will have a different focus for you and your little one. This week’s focus is on being present. This program is geared towards childen ages 6-12 and their adult caregiver. Admission into this program is free with paid Museum admission. Space is limited.
