Author-Illustrator Michael Hale will share his book, Bad Monkey Business and will help participants explore the differences between monkeys and apes. Bad Monkey Business is the story of a woman who unwittingly lets a monkey into her home and he immediately starts filling it up with animals. She has no idea why. A humorous story with a surprise twist. This rhyming, read-aloud for children ages 2 to 7 was awarded a Spark Honor Award by The Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators in 2018.

Michael Hale grew up in Arizona and has over 30 years of creative experience as a designer, writer and Illustrator. Now he puts his creative skills to work to on writing & illustrating children’s picture books. He loves his work. Michael has illustrated many picture books. Two of which he wrote as well as illustrated, Bad Monkey Business and Fast Freddie, The Legend In A Shell.
