DESCRIPTION:Explore the rich traditions of Ethiopia through a shared meal featuring soft injera and preparing gently seasoned berbere lentils. Children will investigate how different textures—soft\, creamy\, and warm—create unique sensory experiences while learning about one of the world’s oldest communal dining traditions. Together we’ll discover how sharing food builds friendship\, community\, and connection. Chef Krystal focuses on plant-based cooking\, showing young chefs how accessible\, delicious\, and creative these ingredients can be while building confidence in the kitchen. This is a drop-in experience; however\, space is limited. To respect other guests and keep things comfortable\, a set number of families will be welcomed every 15 minutes.
