Join featured authors from Loving Literacy Authors, each Tuesday for special Storytimes at the Museum! Loving Literacy Authors is an innovative consortium of several local Phoenix children’s book authors and illustrators, who are former teachers, librarians, and passionate literacy advocates. They are dedicated to helping improve the reading and writing skills of Arizona’s children with an engaging, unique program.

Join our Garden Specialist in the Children’s Garden for enchanting tales inspired by plants, animals, and the wonders of nature that spark curiosity, imagination, and a love for the natural world. Families are invited to relax among the plants and enjoy storytime in a setting where reading and nature grow together.

Help your child understand and manage big emotions in this empowering workshop led by Author Shamirrah Hill! Inspired by her children’s book, Monster Feelings, this interactive experience blends storytelling, performing arts, and creative activities to guide children in recognizing their emotions and expressing them in healthy, confident ways.

Toddlers & Preschoolers are at the perfect age to begin their music education through singing and instrument play.
