The Foam Zone has officially returned to CMoP! Join us for a Foam-tastic summer with bubbles abound. 🫧
The Foam Zone will be open daily (weather permitting) with foam bursts occurring intermittently throughout the day from 9:00am-3:00pm! Keep cool with us from May 18 to September 29.
The Foam Zone officially opens tomorrow, but our members can get a special sneak peek TONIGHT during our Members-Only Extended Play Hours!

Move It, our outdoor exhibit will close promptly at 3:30pm.

We will be open 7 days a week from Memorial Day (May 27th) through Labor Day (September 2nd)! Come play and learn with us all summer long with regular programs, crafts, entertainment, and more!
Join us this Thursday in the KIDchen for one of our favorite May-ker month programs, Playdough-tacular! Our friend @edible.ed.cooks will teach us how to make playdough from scratch! Once you've measured, mixed, and kneaded your dough, cut out shapes and create a masterpiece!
Classes take place at 10:30AM and 12:00PM. Space is limited, sign up at admissions.
Our EPIC Summer Camps will be starting in just 2 weeks! Don't forget to sign up your little one for an unforgettable summer adventure!

Did you know that block play contributes to a child's development in a big way? Through playing in our BlockMania exhibit, children can broaden their imagination, explore self-expression, experiment with problem-solving, and much more! We're always keeping things fresh in BlockMania by rotating the block types every few weeks. We even have small wooden cubes with different languages and pictures that get traded out every month!
What will you build in BlockMania? 🤔💭

This giant "Water Strider" sculpture by artist Jeff Zischke (@zischkegallery) has found a new home on the side of our building just above the Admissions entrance! The Water Strider is one of 8 oversized insects commissioned by Scottsdale Public Art to serve as a temporary public art installation in the canal at the Waterfront in Scottsdale, Arizona. The units are approximately 12' long, 6' tall, and 10' wide, made of a hollow fiberglass shell with aluminum legs, and emit intensely saturated colors at night with controllable RGB LED lights!
