Birthday Parties

We offer a variety of birthday party packages starting at about $350 for a basic party including 15 children on up to $1,500 for a private after-hours party with exclusive use of the entire museum for 40 children. Parties are an even better deal for Museum Members who can save from $50 to $150 off of our standard package prices. Baby Showers

Make your baby shower a fun and simple experience for Mom-to-Be and all of her guests. Let us take care of the food, the fun and the details to make her day extra special. Choose our “Bundle of Joy” package, or step up to the “Oh Baby!” and include a tasty lunch. Either way, expect a celebration! We’ll even reserve a special parking spot for the Mom-to-Be near the front door and help load the gifts into the car when it’s all over. High School Proms

Proms are spectacular at the Children’s Museum of Phoenix and we make it easy for students and faculty to plan the perfect prom with a focus on fun and safety. Our packages start at $9,000 for 300 students and can be customized to accommodate up to 800. We bundle most of the standard things you’ll need including the space, parking, a dance floor, snacks, beverages, tables, linens, security guards, custodial service and more. What we don’t include are those things that truly make each prom unique such as the DJ, dance floor lighting, and decorations. Each school can use the photographers they already work with.  Museum Security Staff must be used for all events and can be supplemented with Police/Resource Officers that your school typically deals with for school events.

Tired of staring at the same four walls of your own conference room? Want to help your team tap into their creative spirit or just liven up a long day of meetings? Our meeting rooms may be just the thing you need. Rent them by the hour or by the day. Our easy-to-find location and ample free parking take away half of the barriers to going off-site. You can have refreshments or lunch catered in or visit Crave Sandwich Café on the second floor. Enjoy the cool air-conditioning indoors, or stretch your legs and get some fresh air at one of the picnic tables on our front lawn.

Don’t see your type of event listed? Chances are we can do it, but if we can’t we’ll be the first to tell you. We’ll never put on the hard sell or take on an event that’s truly not a fit. In fact, if it’s not a fit for us, we’ll even refer you to other venues that might better suit your needs. We’re available seven days a week to give you a tour and hear what you have in mind. We can also provide photos, floor plans, and a customized estimate.
